1.2 – Mac OS X 10.2 or later
Released Tuesday April 20, 2004.
- Enhancements
- Multiple display support. Preferences are available to turn on and off drawing on individual displays.
- The tools palette is now movable, but it can be anchored in position also.
- Right-click (or control-click) while drawing either moves the tools palette under the click, or pops up a contextual menu allowing you to select a drawing tool. You can choose which behavior you want in the Preferences window.
- Holding down the Shift key while using the rectangle or oval tools causes them to draw a square or circle. Holding down the Shift key while using the line tool causes it to draw a horizontal, vertical, or forty-five degree angle line.
- Tools palette has a button to activate Click-Through. Until the application is registered, the button instead brings up the registration window.
- The tools palette can automatically hide when Ultimate Pen is put into Click-Through mode.
- While in Click-Through mode, ignores Exposé events on Mac OS 10.3 and later.
- On screen copyright watermark appears in a random corner of each enabled screen. When the application is registered, the copyright watermark is removed.
- Added British English localisation.
- Bug Fixes
- Ovals and rectangles that are filled in (by holding down the Option key) no longer show a darker line around the edge of the shape.
